As a consumer, you have a right to withdraw your purchase within 30 days of receiving the package.
We only accept returns from individual consumers in countries we sell and deliver to through our e-commerce (all countries within EU and Norway, except Åland and Svalbard).
Returned items must be in new, unused condition, with the original tags attached. An approved return will be fully refunded, including the original shipping cost, excluding the return shipping label fee.
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return your order as described here and place a new order for the correct item.
All orders made online must be returned at a designated drop-off point. In case your order were delivered to your door, contact the logistic company to book a pick-up of your return. Information and return labels can be found in your order packaging.
Please note that we are currently unable to provide the online-return or exchange service in our physical Concept Stores.

There is a return shipping label included in the package. If you use it we will charge €5 / £5 / 50 kr from your refund.
Refunds are processed as quickly as possible against the payment method used when initially placing the order. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
You may be required to compensate for wear on the goods in the case where you have handled the goods to a greater extent than what was necessary. In such cases, the refund amount could be reduced corresponding to the decrease in value.
