These terms and conditions apply when you as a customer place an order through our web shop on hestragloves.com and its sub-domains. As these terms and conditions may be updated without prior notification we recommend that you read this text before every placed order. A binding order as well as an agreement of purchase occurs when you've placed the order. An order confirmation is sent to the e-mail address you provided in the order. The agreement is made between you and Martin Magnusson & Co AB, company registration number 556127-7475. VAT number is SE556127747501. Authorized signatory: Svante Magnusson.
We reserve the right for potential variances in available inventory that prevents us from fulfilling your order. Should the product you have ordered not be available then we will contact you to make sure that you are refunded without delay.
The prices shown on our website are including 25% sales tax and excluding freight costs unless otherwise specified.
The effective price is the price indicated for each product at the time of your order. Our prices may be subject to change at any time and without foregoing notice. We reserve our right to change and correct our prices should mistakes occur.
We use Klarna Checkout as payment method. Available means of payment are those provided by Klarna. By submitting an order you accept the terms for Klarna Checkout. The terms of Klarna Checkout are found on the checkout page close to the purchase button.

No account information or credit card details such as card number or CVC code are stored in Martin Magnusson & Co AB's information systems.
We only sell and deliver to consumers through our website. Companies can not place an order on the website. If you like to shop as a company, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Shipping cost is currently set to €8 / £8 / 80 kr for deliveries to pickup points and €11 / £11 / 110 kr for home deliveries. Free shipping is offered for order values above €100 / £100 / 1000 kr for pickup point deliveries, and €200 / £200 / 2000 kr for standard home deliveries. We do not offer Express Delivery.
Confirmed orders are usually packed and shipped within 2 working days. Delivery times may differ between each country.
We do not handle or ship any orders from our Swedish warehouse on Swedish public holidays. Please check the annual calender for specific dates. Orders made on a Swedish public holiday will be processed within the 2 following work days. Our shipping agents do not deliver on public holidays or weekends in the country of destination.
We are currently unable to deliver to Åland, Svalbard and countries outside of EU and US.
In the event of a delivery delay exceeding 14 days you as a customer have the right to withdraw from the purchase and be fully refunded.
PLEASE NOTE! During the period of 20th to 24th of April 2020 we will not be able to ship any orders from us, regardless country, due to internal warehouse maintenance. Make sure to place your order well in advanced to avoid a longer delivery time.
The delivery time to Norway is 6-10 working days on orders made between March 1st to August 31st 2020.
If you are under 18 you will need parental permission to place an order.
When you place an order with us you agree that we store the following personal information: name, address, telephone number and email address. Your personal information is stored in order to fulfill the contract with you and to deliver your goods. We, Martin Magnusson & Co AB, do not save any credit card information or social security numbers. We handle your personal data with care and do not disclose them to third parties. According to the personuppgiftslagen (Swedish law: PUL 1998: 204) you have the right to take part of the information we have stored about you and request modification or deletion. Contact our customer service.
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw your purchase within 30 days of receiving the package.
We only accept returns shipped from individual consumers in countries we sell and deliver to through our e-commerce (all countries within EU and Norway, except Åland and Svalbard).
Returned items must be in new, unused condition, with the original tags attached. An approved return will be fully refunded, excluding the original shipping cost.
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style please return your order as described below and place a new order for the correct item.
Please note that we are currently unable to provide the online-return or exchange service in our physical Concept Stores in Oslo and Stockholm.
HOW TO RETURN
Return form, delivery note and return labels can be found in your order packaging. If you want to return goods from different orders in the same package, it is important that you send us a completed return form for each order, otherwise we will not be able to handle your return. The return shipping fee is free of charge when using the included return shipping label.
Fill in the return form. Customer number, order number (Ref Order) and product information is found on the included delivery note.
Put the return form and the items you wish to return in a suitable package, preferably the same package that the order came in.
Attach the pre-paid shipping label onto the package. If you’re using the original package, make sure to cover the old shipping label.
Leave the package at any of the logistic company’s Service/Access point. Save the certificate of posting.
In case you want the return picked up at home, you will have to personally book a pick-up through the logistic company’s website: www.logistics.dhl, www.ups.com or www.postnord.com. Please note that you may be personally charged for this service by the logistics company.

If you’re missing the pre-paid return shipping label, please note your order number and contact our Customer Service at email@example.com and we will help you.
Approved returns will be processed and refunded as quickly as possible against the payment method used when initially placing the order. The refund is handled by Klarna. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement. Initial outgoing shipping fees are not refunded.
If you paid the order by Klarna invoice you only pay for what you keep. If you return part, or all of your order, Klarna will issue you with a new statement as soon as we have processed your return. Check your e-mail and/or the Klarna app for updates on the order invoice.
If you have any questions regarding your invoice or refund, please contact Klarna directly, www.klarna.com.
You may be required to compensate for wear on the goods in case you have handled the goods to a greater extent than what was necessary. In such cases, the refund amount could be reduced corresponding to the decrease in value.
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return your original order as described above and place a new order for the correct item.
We are currently unable to offer any exchanges in our physical Concept Stores.

If you are not satisfied with a product and wish to make a warranty claim, we ask you to fill out the form here:
According to the the Swedish law Konsumentköplagen, you always have the right to issue a warranty claim about a product within 3 years of purchase, if you can prove that the product was faulty from the beginning.
In case of conflict, we will follow Swedish law and Allmänna Reklamationsnämndens (ARN) recommendations.
We are not responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these Terms if the delay or failure arises out of any event which is beyond our reasonable control. Such events shall include, without limitation, failure of infrastructure, government intervention, wars, civil commotion, hijacking, fire, flood, accident, storm, strikes, lockouts, terrorist attacks or industrial action affecting us or our suppliers.
