These terms and conditions apply when you as a customer place an order through our web shop on hestragloves.com and its sub-domains. As these terms and conditions may be updated without prior notification we recommend that you read this text before every placed order. A binding order as well as an agreement of purchase occurs when you've placed the order. An order confirmation is sent to the e-mail address you provided in the order. We reserve the right for potential variances in available inventory that prevents us from fulfilling your order. Should the product you have ordered not be available then we will contact you to make sure that you are refunded without delay.
The prices shown on our website are including 25% sales tax and excluding freight costs unless otherwise specified.
The effective price is the price indicated for each product at the time of your order. Our prices may be subject to change at any time and without foregoing notice. We reserve our right to change and correct our prices should mistakes occur.
We use Klarna Checkout as payment method. Available means of payment are those provided by Klarna. By submitting an order you accept the terms for Klarna Checkout. The terms of Klarna Checkout are found on the checkout page close to the purchase button.
No account information or credit card details such as card number or CVC code are stored in Martin Magnusson & Co AB's information systems.
We use PostNord MyPack Collect as the delivery method for all European countries except Germany and Austria, where DPD is used instead. Shipping cost is currently set to 8 EUR / 80 SEK. Free shipping is available for order values above 100 EUR / 1000 SEK.
We can currently only deliver to addresses in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Germany and Austria and only to individuals.
In the event of a delivery delay exceeding 14 days you as a customer have the right to withdraw from the purchase and be fully refunded.
If you are under 18 you will need parental permission to place an order.
When you place an order with us you agree that we store the following personal information: name, address, telephone number and email address. Your personal information is stored in order to fulfill the contract with you and to deliver your goods. We, Martin Magnusson & Co AB, do not save any credit card information or social security numbers. We handle your personal data with care and do not disclose them to third parties. According to the personuppgiftslagen (Swedish law: PUL 1998: 204) you have the right to take part of the information we have stored about you and request modification or deletion. As a consumer, you have a right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days of receiving the package.

For goods returned unused, with original labels and packaging and within 14 days of receiving the goods, will be fully refunded, including the original shipping cost.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the products back to us.
To make a warranty claim about a product, you need to provide proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or receipt. Mark your parcel with "Return".
You may be required to compensate for wear on the goods in the case where you have handled the goods to a greater extent than what was necessary. In such cases, the refund amount could be reduced corresponding to the decrease in value.
The easiest way if you want to exchange an item is to return the products within 14 days of receiving them, as explained above. Then place a new order for the item you want instead. You can also contact our customer service.
If you are not satisfied with a product and wish to make a warranty claim, we ask that you contact us:
Fill in the return form that you received with your shipment and tick the "Warranty claim" box. Then send the product to us and mark it "Warranty claim". The return form can also be found here.
To make a warranty claim about a product you need to provide proof of purchase, you should therefore save the order confirmation and receipt.
We reserve the right to first correct the fault, secondly re-delivery of the product, and ultimately you will get the money back. However, you always have the right to exercise your 14 days.
According to the the Swedish law Konsumentköplagen, you always have the right to issue a warranty claim about a product within 3 years of purchase, if you can prove that the product was faulty from the beginning.
In case of conflict, we will follow Swedish law and Allmänna Reklamationsnämndens (ARN) recommendations.
We are not responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these Terms if the delay or failure arises out of any event which is beyond our reasonable control. Such events shall include, without limitation, failure of infrastructure, government intervention, wars, civil commotion, hijacking, fire, flood, accident, storm, strikes, lockouts, terrorist attacks or industrial action affecting us or our suppliers.
