Terms and conditions, Martin Magnusson & Co AB

These terms and conditions apply when you as a customer place an order through our web shop on hestragloves.com and its sub-domains. As these terms and conditions may be updated without prior notification we recommend that you read this text before every placed order. A binding order as well as an agreement of purchase occurs when you've placed the order. An order confirmation is sent to the e-mail address you provided in the order. The agreement is made between you and Martin Magnusson & Co AB, company registration number 556127-7475. VAT number is SE556127747501. Authorized signatory: Svante Magnusson.

Reservation

We reserve the right for potential variances in available inventory that prevents us from fulfilling your order. Should the product you have ordered not be available then we will contact you to make sure that you are refunded without delay.

Prices

The prices shown on our website are including 25% sales tax and excluding freight costs unless otherwise specified.

The effective price is the price indicated for each product at the time of your order. Our prices may be subject to change at any time and without foregoing notice. We reserve our right to change and correct our prices should mistakes occur.

Payment

We use Klarna Checkout as payment method. Available means of payment are those provided by Klarna. By submitting an order you accept the terms for Klarna Checkout. The terms of Klarna Checkout are found on the checkout page close to the purchase button.

If you have any questions regarding your payment, refund or invoice please contact Klarna.

No account information or credit card details such as card number or CVC code are stored in Martin Magnusson & Co AB's information systems.

Delivery and shipping costs

We only sell and deliver to consumers through our website. If you're a company, contact our customer service through b2b@hestragloves.com.

Shipping cost is currently set to €8 / £8 / 80 kr for deliveries to pickup points and €11 / £11 / 110 kr for home deliveries. In some countries we also offer express home deliveries for €16 / £16 / 160 kr. Free shipping is offered for order values above €100 / £100 / 1000 kr for pickup point deliveries, and €200 / £200 / 2000 kr for standard home deliveries.

Orders are usually packed and shipped within 2 working days. Delivery times differ between each country.

Please note that we are currently unable to deliver to Åland, Svalbard and countries outside of EU and US.

In the event of a delivery delay exceeding 14 days you as a customer have the right to withdraw from the purchase and be fully refunded.

Christmas 2019 - If you want your order delivered before Christmas Eve, make sure to place your order well in advance. During Christmas, the number of deliveries increases significantly at our shipping partners, which can mean longer delivery times than usual.

Minors

If you are under 18 you will need parental permission to place an order.

Personal data / Privacy policy

When you place an order with us you agree that we store the following personal information: name, address, telephone number and email address. Your personal information is stored in order to fulfill the contract with you and to deliver your goods. We, Martin Magnusson & Co AB, do not save any credit card information or social security numbers. We handle your personal data with care and do not disclose them to third parties. According to the personuppgiftslagen (Swedish law: PUL 1998: 204) you have the right to take part of the information we have stored about you and request modification or deletion. Contact our customer service.

Returns

As a consumer, you have a right to withdraw your purchase within 30 days of receiving the package.

We only accept returns from individual consumers in countries we sell and deliver to through our e-commerce (all countries within EU and Norway, except Åland and Svalbard).

Returned items must be in new, unused condition, with the original tags attached. An approved return will be fully refunded, including the original shipping cost, excluding the return shipping label fee.

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return your order as described here and place a new order for the correct item.

All orders made online must be returned at a designated drop-off point. In case your order were delivered to your door, contact the logistic company to book a pick-up of your return. Information and return labels can be found in your order packaging.

Please note that we are currently unable to provide the online-return or exchange service in our physical Concept Stores.

In order to exercise your right to cancel and return your items, fill in the return form that came with the delivery. This return form can also be found here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/1qwahcxvv14fgwo/Return-form-MMAB-EN.pdf?dl=1.

There is a return shipping label included in the package. If you use it we will charge €5 / £5 / 50 kr from your refund.

Refunds are processed as quickly as possible against the payment method used when initially placing the order. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

You may be required to compensate for wear on the goods in the case where you have handled the goods to a greater extent than what was necessary. In such cases, the refund amount could be reduced corresponding to the decrease in value.

During Christmas 2019 we offer extended right to withdraw your purchase until 31st of January 2020. This only applies to orders made between 1st of Nov to 24th of Dec 2019.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return your original order as described above and place a new order for the correct item.

We are currently unable to offer any exchanges in our physical Concept Stores.

Please note: The item/s must be returned within 30 days of receiving the package.

Warranty claims

If you are not satisfied with a product and wish to make a warranty claim, we ask you to fill out the form here:

According to the the Swedish law Konsumentköplagen, you always have the right to issue a warranty claim about a product within 3 years of purchase, if you can prove that the product was faulty from the beginning.

In case of conflict, we will follow Swedish law and Allmänna Reklamationsnämndens (ARN) recommendations.
