These terms and conditions apply when you as a consumer order through our web shop on hestragloves.com and its subdomains. As these terms and conditions may be subject to change at any time and without foregoing notice, we advise that you read these prior to each purchase.
By placing an order you agree to the terms set out below. Your order has been accepted once you have received an order confirmation sent to the e-mail address you specified when the order was placed. The agreement is between you and Hestra Gloves LLC, an Arvada, Colorado Limited Liability Company.

We reserve the right for potential variances in available inventory that prevents us from fulfilling your order. Should the product you have ordered not be available then we will contact you to make sure that you are refunded without delay.
The prices shown on our website are excluding Sales tax and excluding freight costs unless specified otherwise. Sales tax will be collected if the shipping address you enter is located in the same state as our warehouse (Colorado). The effective price is the price indicated for each product at the time of your order. Our prices may be subject to change at any time and without foregoing notice. We reserve our right to change and correct our prices should mistakes occur.
We use Klarna Checkout as payment method. Available means of payment are those provided by Klarna. By submitting an order you accept the terms for Klarna Checkout. For further information about Klarna Checkout, please visit www.klarna.com/us
Hestra Gloves LLC does not receive or store any account number or credit card information.
We use UPS & USPS for shipping. Standard Ground Shipping cost is $8.00. Normal shipping time is estimated to be 3-7 business days.
Express shipping is $20.00 and shipping time is 2-3 business days.
Orders over $125.00 receive Free ground shipping.
Our normal office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm. All orders received before 12:00pm MT weekdays will be shipped that day unless otherwise notified. Orders received after 12:00pm MT on Fridays will not be shipped until the following Monday.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes can only be made with standard USPS ground shipping.
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via US Postal Service.
Hestra USA accepts returns only for unused items purchased directly from our website within 30 days of purchase.
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return your order as described here and place a separate order for the correct item.
Returned items must be in new, unused condition, with tags attached.
If your order was delivered by UPS:
To get a $7 prepaid return shipping label, please open your tracking link (sent via email when your order shipped) and click “Return This Package” - if you do not have your tracking link, please contact us at email@example.com for assistance.
If your order was delivered by US Postal:
To get a $7 prepaid return shipping label, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange a printable label to be delivered via email.
If you use the prepaid return shipping label, a $7 deduction is taken from your refund.
Refunds are processed as quickly as possible to the card used when initially placing the order. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your card statement. Initial outgoing shipping fees are not refunded.
Returning unused gloves without tags attached or returning 5 or more pairs of gloves is subject to a 5% restocking fee.
Returned gloves that show signs of use cannot be accepted into inventory and will be returned to sender.
Please use a secure delivery address. Hestra USA is not responsible for packages marked delivered by our shipping partners that have been lost or stolen.
We warranty our gloves to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the usable life of the product. Hestra reserves the right to determine if the gloves meet this criteria. At our discretion we will either repair or replace the item free of charge.
Electronics in our heated items are covered under warranty for two years from purchase date.
Because every person and every day is different, warmth is not covered under warranty.
